Has anyone gotten a 106/65 ticket?

I was on 40W passing through Graham, NC in a 2010 Corvette I got a 140+141 citation for wonton endangerment.. What are the chances of me getting out of it?

Hired Hunt and White to represent out of Graham...

He asked me.to get 5-6 Character letters from colleagues..

I got a 118 in a 65 a while back. I voluntarily went to 8hr driving school, sold my bike I received the ticket on and brought a copy of my credit score to show I was a responsible person all at the suggestion of the attorney I hired and lost my license for a year still.

Getting out of it - slim to none. And slim left town.

Getting it reduced - pretty good. Can't say I'm familiar with the attorney you hired, but it sounds like you did some research. From experience the best attorneys are those that were DA's earlier in their career. They still know the system and players better than anybody. If your attorney wasn't, I'd find some that were and get some competing offers/advice. You only get to do this once and live with the re$ults for years.

It's not fun if you didn't get taken to jail :)

As said above. About zero chance to get it thrown out. I went to driver's school, was put on supervised probation for a year, did some community service and 6 points on my license. But I was able to keep my license.
