Only if they had never ridden a motard.....I promise.

Blame the boobs all you want but for a dirtbike with 17s to even come close to the sportbikes on a sportbike forum is pretty impressive IMO.

Try posting the other bikes in a BOTM on Supermoto junkie against a DRZ and see the outcome.

supermoto riding is more fun than anything i've ever driven...and i've driven some awesome stuff.

It makes an intermediate rider faster than fast riders when the fast riders are still on their sportbikes....not in the straights but definitely in the corners.

GO DRZ! :fro:

Only in the mountains. Anything over 80 mph your sm won't be there. Plus that duc is beautiful.

Not a big fan of doing 80mph on the streets anymore because Ive kinda grown outta thatand not because i cant (my big bore YZ490 will do 110mph and my KTM smr 100mph And rv6 johns ape will do 115 stock)Most motards will break 100 with bolt on mods and the right gearing.
I guess I still like to look at pretty bikes but I've always been more of a function over fashion type but there is still something sexy about a street legal dirtbike with 17's and race slicks

Tell you what ,you go over 80....ill catch you in the first turn.

I believe the drz which is in the bike of the month will max out at 80. If I recall you are the one who drag raced a 600 while you were on a zx10 and the front never even came up. Lol plus I go faster than 80 on my cruiser lol

Not sure who told you they max out at 80. Most DRZ 400sm owners claim around 95-100 stock indicated and the speedometers are actually pretty accurate (2-3 mph off at 100). Not sure why your bashing on me about my zx10r front not not coming up but your little bit off topic.

cheap be honest. If he wanted to trade the duc for the drz would you? I had a drz400s with the knobbies. I had it geared up 2 in the rear and it would hit 84 with jets/exhaust/ filter
