Ok, folks. Time for the last one of the year. It's going to be a free for all this time to get everyone a chance to enter. If we get too many entries, I'll just get the rest of the coven, er, mods to use some editorial discretion to whittle it down to a manageable number. Post up the pics and see if you're bike is as coveted as you think it is.

Bike: K7 Gsxr 600
I'll give it a shot

K7 Suzuki Gsxr 600

The Story and Mods

Bought it last yr and is the first bike I've owed. love it. Got to the track this year. I will admit I'm addicted to the "track crack". So went to VIR in Oct. and did Patriot or Patriot did me. The story starts like all the rest I'm sure "I was following a CR and then...." lol! so she is a track bike now. Thanks goes out to all that help me that day. Big thanks to Ron "meanstrk" for the paint job and Rob at tapeworks for the graphics.

Mods that count not the pretty stuff

Full Yoshi headers back
Velocity stacks
Driven 520 conversion +1, -2
Ohlins Damper
Gilles rearsets
Armour Bodies SB body
Power commander
Driven racing clipons
Pazzos adj levers
Renthal Grips
R1 throttle tube conversion
Yoyodine fairing stay
Yana Shiki Rotors front and back
Galfer ceramic pads
Spiegler SS braided lines front and rear Alt 2 pattern for front
Spiegler ABM brake reservoir
I also had the stock suspension adjusted for my weight.
Most importantly a track rider willing to listen and learn from others.
There might be more can't remember

1981 CB900F.
Suzuki wheels (and rear brake)
FZR1000 front calipers.
Swingarm from a VF1000F (highly modified).
White Power shocks.
Otherwise lightened so it weighs 506# with a full tank of gas (470# in race trim).
Bored 2mm oversize with Arias 10.5:1 pistons (up from 8.8:1 stock).
Keihin CR Special carbs.
Lightened, balanced and blueprinted with mild porting.

Light handling and stable, other than it wallows like a flatboat in the ocean in turns above 90 mph.

Nice entries guys. Lots of cool different stuff. I'm glad I opened it up to everything now. We may have to have a lot of choices this month because I don't see anything that really deserves to be cut.

OK folks, at 8 bikes, I think we've got a good one and I'm going to cap it here. I'll be posting the voting thread soon. I'll pick your best single photo. Let me know if you want to change. Feel free to chime in and lobby for your machine with all sorts of lies and claims of unobtanium parts and two mile wheelies.
